All right, members, we have three bills on the agenda today. House Bills 1128, House Bill 1083, and House Bill 1243. As we're getting started, I do want to acknowledge that there is written testimony available in your box. We will be hearing testimony today, and when we get to that phase, every individual will be able to speak for two minutes. Just the same as last week. We will not be allowing members to ask individuals to finish their testimony. Personal attacks on legislators won't be tolerated. No props like pictures, et cetera.
