We have some appointments to make, but first we're going to let Senator Pelton talk about his electronic vehicles records Bill 1041, because he has to present in another committee. So thank you. Members, this is what we saw in the TLRC committee where we're going to repeal the existing requirement that paper certificates of title be used for specific vehicle transactions, thereby allowing the use of electronic format in all circumstances.
