We are going to begin the review and comment hearing for proposed initiatives 2025, 2026, number 308 and number 309, which we have captioned concerning designating sporting goods sales tax revenue for conservation. My name is Greg Sovetsky. I am here representing the Office of Legislative Council staff and I'm joined by a representative of the Office of Legislative Legal Services.
